Vision. Since the very inception, the mission of the Brady Urological Institute has been focused clearly on finding answers, solving problems, and coming up with medical solutions that will benefit not only the patients we treat, but humankind as a whole.


Whether it's developing a new therapy, fine-tuning an improved surgical technique, discovering a cure for a disease, or seeking better ways to educate patients, every time we set out to do something -through careful observation, study, and detailed research - we are always envisioning how improvements can be made.

Staying ahead of the curve requires focus on all disease aspects, from discovering the genetic basis of the ailment to ultimately taking this research from bench to bedside. This is all part of the discovery process. This was the guiding vision for the future when the Brady Urological Institute was founded, and I plan to expand upon that vision as we move forward.
